Headwaters Engineering of the Cape Fear, PLLC is a small business based in Southeastern North Carolina. Our goal is to provide accurate & consistent engineering solutions to a wide range of problems. Our design experience includes but is not limited to commercial projects, manufacturing facilities, retail stores, storage facilities, restaurants, residential subdivisions, townhome developments, apartments complexes, & municipal projects.
